Mushroom & Goat Cheese Frittata

I made this for the second time last night, and I think it's going to make its way into the permanent collection in the Krueger Kitchen. It's a little sticky-to-the-pan, but delicious nonetheless.

The first time I made it I used the amount of oil that it calls for (1/4 cup, I think?), but it was just sooo oily in the end, that the second time around I actually didn't use any at all. Oddly enough it stuck to the pan worse the first time, with all the oil, than it did the second time, with none. Go figure.

Goodbye, old friend

The first piece of "furniture" Andy and I purchased together after we got married was a 6 foot Love Sac. It has served us well over the years, providing us with not only the world's largest & most expensive dog bed, but also a very comfortable resting spot. A great spot to curl up with a good book and cuddle with the pugger. Some of you may have even spent a night or 2 sleeping on this very Love Sac I'm speaking of.

For the past year plus since we moved into the house we've been looking for real furniture to replace the beloved Sac. Our problems were 2-fold: 1) the space is very long & skinny, thus a couch/loveseat combo or a normal sectional just won't work in that room, and 2) we can't agree on anything.

Finally, about a month or so ago, on a whim I drug Andy to a furniture store and lo and behold we found our diamond! This meant: Goodbye Love Sac.

It was the last time we'll ever have to do this:
We've moved that dumb thing 3 times. I'm happy to say we'll never have to move it again!!
