My car broke down yesterday. I was going to run some errands on my lunch break and I got about a mile or 2 down the road when the power steering went out. I was able to make it back to the parking lot of my office and did the only logical thing: I called my dad to come bail me out. I didn't expect that he was going to go home, hook up the trailer and drive 45 minutes in rush hour to haul my car home and fix it, but I was relieved to hear him say that's what he was going to do. What would I do without my dad? I don't know squat about cars, never had to learn because dad was always there to bail me out.
