That is what we ended up paying for pre-natal care and the hospital stay for the birth of our baby. We finally received the last of the bills from the clinic and it's all paid off. Whew. I feel very relieved that it is taken care of, and have to say that when compared to the original $14,000+ that the hospital was going to charge us (this is the problem we ran into when dealing with an out-of-state insurance company), it doesn't seem so bad.

Those are my random thoughts for the day.
